Stephen has been involved in full time ministry since 2000. He trained in oversees missions with Youth With A Mission YWAM), and then with the Elim Pentecostal Church. He was ordained in 2010, and currently serves as the Associate Pastor of City Church, Cardiff.
He has extensive experience in leading worship, and helped found Elim Sound, the national worship ministry for the Elim Churches. He is passionate about training church and worship leaders, especially in cross-cultural contexts, working with Elim Global and Elim Missions.
He has taught the Pentecostal Worship & Practice module at Regents since 2016.
