Office for Students (OfS) Teaching and Excellence Framework (TEF) Awards 2023
The OfS Teaching and Excellence Framework panel awarded Regents Bronze for both Student Experience and Student Outcomes.
The panel concluded that there is evidence of:
“An embedded and carefully designed approach to academic support which ensures students have access to a wide and readily available range of very high-quality academic support tailored to their needs. There is clear evidence that the provider fosters a supportive learning environment, and its students have access to a readily available range of very high-quality academic support.”
“Very high-quality teaching.”
“Very high rates of continuation and completion for the provider’s students and courses.”
“Outstanding rates of successful progression for the provider’s students and course” and “both student experience and student outcomes are typically high quality.”
National Student Survey (NSS) for 2024
The NSS is a ‘high profile annual survey’ of undergraduate students across the UK. Regents had a 78% response rate.
The percentage of students who gave positive answers to the survey categories are shown below.

Student voices listened to – 93%
Learning opportunities at Regents – 94%
Resource available to enhance learning – 94%
