Neil has been teaching at Regents for over 25 years, holding various posts that included Vice Principal, full-time lecturer, and currently as an adjunct faculty member. He finds engaging with students and fellow lecturers a means of forming his own thinking and development.

Until the end of 2019, he was the Director of the Imagine Project at the London Institute for Contemporary Christianity (LICC), spending his time with church leaders and churches, encouraging and enabling them to become whole-life disciple-making communities. Since January 2020 he has been working in a full-time role as the Senior Leader at Salford Elim church.

He has been an Elim pastor for 30 years, is a well-known speaker, trainer, and author of ‘Imagine Church’ and ‘Scattered and Gathered’ (IVP). He is married to Maggie, and they have grown-up children and granddaughters.
