As Principal of Regents Theological College, Michelle brings extensive leadership experience through her time in pastoral and church ministry, and her senior management roles in the public and private sectors.

Michelle was the associate minister and a Hospital Chaplain before becoming the Senior Minister of Nantwich Elim in 2011. The church flourished under her leadership. Michelle also worked with the church team to develop a business park which was home to 45 businesses and provided a social hub for the local community.

Since 2015 she has served as a member of Elim’s Ministry Selection Board and was appointed to the Elim National Leadership Team in 2022.

In August 2024 she became Principal of Regents Theological College.

She holds a Masters’s degree in Practical and Contextual Theology and is currently working towards her PhD. Her ongoing research areas centre around disciple-making and how to inspire communities of equals.
