Michelle earned a PhD in Organisational Leadership from Regent University, Virginia Beach, USA and prior to that an MDiv in Ministry and Theology from the Pentecostal Theological Seminary, Cleveland, USA. Michelle sensed God’s call to an educational environment at an early age and after working in various non-profit organisations has worked in higher education for almost two decades. She currently sits on the faculty of Colorado State University Global where she teaches critical reasoning and serves as a writing consultant. Michelle lives in south Birmingham with her husband and son.
