Luke was ordained as an Elim Minister in 2012.

He comes from Bristol, and after working as a youth pastor in the city, served as the lead minister at Cynon Valley Church in South Wales, and then Cheltenham Elim Church.

In Cheltenham, he was also Chair of Trustees for Cheltenham Foodbank, and served as Chaplain to the Mayor.

Returning to Bristol, he joined the team at E5 Bristol City Church, and has recently re-planted Waterbrook Church, part of the Elim Network Churches, which he currently leads bi-vocationally.

Before taking up the role of Ministry Practice Coordinator, he worked part-time for a Christian community-based charity as their research and development worker.

Luke is married to Samantha, and they have two daughters together.
